
ABOUT
In early 2007, Business Blueprints was founded as a process and procedure
documentation service. Through the development of step-by-step operations
manuals, we helped prospective buyers understand
the operational processes of target acquisitions.
We soon recognized a greater need for detailed company
profiles that would help streamline the due diligence process for buyers and
lenders. Over the following eighteen months, we developed a proprietary database of questions that
addresses up to 400 critical issues every buyer or lender should know about a seller's
business.
Today, Business Blueprints uses its document development and
merger & acquisition expertise to develop comprehensive strategies for
business acquisitions, business sales and business finance.
We help business buyers by identifying
acquisition opportunities, by collecting and compiling due diligence information,
and by negotiating acquisition terms and agreements. We also help
coordinate acquisition funding.
We help sellers by positioning their company's to attract as
many qualified buyers as possible, while creating competition among prospective
buyers to help maximize transaction values.
Finally, we help companies in need of financing
and/or private capital by developing strategies to attract multiple lenders and
investors.
Business Blueprints is led by its founder, Patrick Gostley. For more than 25 years, Patrick has worked in the
securities, corporate finance and business brokerage industries. He has helped
manage multi-million dollar investment accounts for banking institutions,
coordinated funding for startup and early stage companies, and brokered mergers, acquisitions
and sales of established businesses.
Patrick is a licensed real estate and business broker in the
State of Florida.
